Last updated: April 2026

Creeda, Inc. ("Creeda," "we," "us") provides financial intelligence software to multi-unit franchise operators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, and details you submit through our website or during account setup.

When you connect Creeda to QuickBooks Online or to your bank accounts through Plaid, we collect financial data from those services on your behalf. This includes transaction records, account balances, chart of accounts, and related financial information necessary to deliver our services.

We also collect basic technical information when you use our website or application, such as IP address, browser type, and usage data.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Creeda platform, process and categorize your financial data, communicate with you about our services, and maintain the security of our systems. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your financial data to train AI models.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate Creeda, including cloud infrastructure providers, financial data aggregators (Plaid), accounting integrations (Intuit), and AI processing providers. These providers are bound by contractual obligations limiting their use of your data to delivering services on our behalf.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Data retention and deletion

We retain client data for the duration of your active engagement with Creeda. Upon termination, we delete client financial data within 30 days and revoke all OAuth tokens immediately. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. You can revoke Creeda's access to your QuickBooks Online or Plaid accounts at any time directly through those providers.

Children

Creeda is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
